Hello Dive Families!

Welcome to the 2026 season of the Dive Team!

We are excited to have everyone who has signed up so far. Pass the word that Dive Team Registration will be closed after
May 31^st.

Dive Practices start May 11^th and 12^th for beginner divers who haven’t competed
before. Practices are from 3:30pm-6pm with regular practices starting May 13^th thru June 10^th.

Check the Dive Schedule online for meets and practices.

That evening is also the Sardis Swim & Dive Team pizza party starting at the end of practices at 5:30pm. Come meet all your teammates and coaches for both teams and enjoy a slice or two of Marco’s Pizza, who is our official sponsor for pizza orders. Don’t forget to use the code: SWIM25 this summer, at the pool or at home! They donate a portion of the proceeds to the pool to help us
with our yearly budget.

Attached is the full list of volunteers at this point in time for reference until the meets are all closed and available to view in SwimTopia.

We are having a new spreadsheet system for scoring dive meets that will be much easier to deal with. We ask that all parent volunteers come for a brief introduction to this as anyone who’s signed up a Table worker needs to be somewhat familiar
with it. This is not near as complicated and user unfriendly as eDive was. If you are new to the Dive Team or are signed up as a Table Worker please RSVP online to the mandatory volunteer training on Sunday, May 31^st at from 2:00pm to 3:00pm @ the Sardis Clubhouse. Regardless of whether or not you are signed up to run the CPU, you may be asked to take over this role at your meet if
we have any volunteer issues. So everyone should be able to hop on and do this role.

Also, any new Dive Judge volunteers who this is their first time as a Dive Judge are required to be at the Greater Charlotte Diving League Judges Training Clinic on Sunday, May 31 from 3:00pm to 4:00pm @ the Sardis Clubhouse – For New Judge Volunteers and anyone wanting a refresher or are just interested in how judging works. Please RSVP to this meeting online. All the teams are invited to this event.
