Good afternoon,

After reviewing the radar and discussing the meet logistics with the WR representative, we have decided that the Shrimpers will not swim this evening. Given the 10:00 PM hard stop and the likelihood of storms moving in, our priority is to complete as much of the meet as possible so we do not have to make the meet up on another night. 

I will send a follow-up email and announcement after reconnecting with the representative at 4:15 PM to determine whether we need to adjust the arrival time.

Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate these weather-related challenges. This is the first time in several years we have had a storm forecasted to impact the start of the meet.
