Good afternoon! Congratulations your swimmer will be swimming in the 2026 All Star Meet, Saturday June 27th at 2pm. 

The meet will be at MCAC - 800 E Martin Luther King Jr Blvd Charlotte, NC 28202

Parking- no parking in the MCAC lot. The lot across the street is open. There is plenty of parking. 

Spectators- spectators/families sit in the section overlooking the competition pool. NO chairs on pool deck. Parents are not permitted beyond barricades. 

Arrival- Please do not arrive before 12:45pm

Warm Ups- Sardis will warm up at 1:15pm.  Meet starts at 2pm.

Clerk of Course- Information: Check In and Race Starts

Age group 8 & under and 9-10: 

Check In: Swimmers will report to the Clerk of Course before proceeding to the blocks. Race Starts: Relays will start from the blocks, relay swimmers (2nd & 4th) will start at the bulkhead. All individual 25-yard events will start on the blocks on the bulkhead.  

Age group 11 and up: 

Check In: Swimmers report to the area behind the blocks directly for their event. 

Race starts: All events will start from the blocks.

Volunteers- Must arrive AND check in by designated arrival time. Wristbands issued- must be worn and visible at all times. 

Sardis has been assigned the following volunteering opportunities: 

1 Clerk of Course- arrival time: 1:15 pm

1 Door/Deck Monitor- arrival time: 12 pm

2 Lane Timers- arrival time:  1:15 pm

3 Parent Monitors- arrival time: 1:00pm

Snacks- Granola bars (75), Rice Krispy treats (individually wrapped 60), Popcorn (individually packaged 40) - deliver by 1:15 pm

Important Information:

Swimmers can not wear any items that shows a high school team or year round team. This includes- caps, swim suits, parkas, shirts, pants etc. If you have questions, please see Coach Jen or the Team Rep- Sallie
